1. Zero Identifier Retention Policy

We do not store plaintext search queries, correlating IP addresses, or user search histories. When you run a query, the identifier is cryptographically digested in RAM into an irreversible SHA-256 hash.

2. What We Retain

• One-way SHA-256 hashes of identifiers enrolled in automated sentinel monitoring or GDPR suppression.
• Blockchain transaction hashes and invoice IDs for on-chain proof of settlement.
• Hashed authentication passphrases for vault subscribers.

3. GDPR Article 17 Right to Be Forgotten

Any individual can suppress their identifier at any time using our cryptographic suppression feature. Once suppressed, future searches will never retrieve or display compromise records for that target.
